Metal roofing is now the preferred choice of many West Australian homeowners.

DTS have re-roofed hundreds of homes in the Perth / Fremantle metropolitan area and have converted many former tiled and asbestos roofs to Colorbond or Zincalume sheeting.

Our free inspection, measure and quoting service can be completed in as little as 30 minutes.

The steps involved in a typical re-roof are as follows:

1. Remove & dispose of the old roof
2. Fit new roof battens if necessary
3. Fit Anticon Insulation blanket if selected

While not essential, Anticon provides heat & sound insulation as well as preventing condensation forming on the underside of the sheeting during the colder months of winter.



4. Fit new Bluescope Lysaght Zincalume or Colorbond sheeting.
   Sheet lengths can now be cut to any length required, eliminating many unsightly joins.


5. Fit all cappings & flashings.

We also have extensive experience in bull-nosed sheeting should the character of the home be suitable or if the existing bull nosed sheeting needs replacing.

The team at DTS will have the old roof off and the new roof sheeting on within 1 day, meaning you don't have to spend a night without roof cover.

Usually a second or third day is required (depending on the size and the scope of the works) to complete the fitting of cappings, flashings and anything else that may be included.
